Hi everyone, Just did a quick search to let you know what is currently on the market for sale in Don Mills.  There are 23 single family homes (freehold); 3 Condo townhomes; and 74 Condominium apartments.  These are available as of today March 8th, 2008.  That is a fairly low number for amount of homes for sale, but considering the weather outside, it just may be that people are not in that frame of mind at the moment.  As the weather gets a little better we should see more single family homes come up for sale in the area so if you check back in a week or two that number may change.  I will update the real estate market in the area at least once a week, perhaps more, if necessary and the numbers change to warrant it. 

On another note, just got back inside from the grocery store and the roads are very slippery so if you don’t have to go out I would stay inside where it is warm.  Most of the streets we were on had not been plowed as of this moment.  Even the bus route has not been plowed and the snow continues with even more power than it was a few hours ago.  So, keep warm and watch a good movie and check back tomorrow for any changes.
